Due to the hats being made to order it WILL take up to 2-3 weeks to get your hat. Rest assured you will get your hat as fast as possible. If there is an issue during the order/making process on my end I will reach out and get it fixed as best and as fast as I can.
Care instructions: Instructions form Academy fits as follows "We recommend spot cleaning with a damp white cloth and soap. Dab from the edges of the stain working from the outside toward the center to keep the stained area from getting larger. Cleaning your hat by hand is the safest and most effective way to maintain its quality and appearance."
